The Watco line that we use, incorporates a range of mullion profiles for our Casement System as well as their Single Hung / Single Slider System. These profiles allow for many window combinations (operable/operable, fixed/operable, fixed/fixed) made from one outer frame with very slim sightlines and without having to join single units.

These attractive, energy efficient and low maintenance windows are manufactured with superior vinyl frames and components made from impact modified durable resins. The design incorporates heavy duty walls and double walls where ever screws are fastened. Multi-chamber construction ensures extra rigidity and insulating value. All designs incorporate fusion welded corners for structural integrity and outstanding air and water tightness.

Features:
-Sliding sashes tilt in for safe, easy cleaning from the inside.

-Child proof safety latches prevent accidental tilting of sashes.

-Patented slide block with it's reinforced pivot bar and safety clip, prevents accidental disengagement of sashes from frame when double slider sashes are being tilted in.

-Slide block will support the weight of the sash in the tilted position, but it is not designed to support additional weight when in the tilted position.

Description: Casement
The Casement Window is crank operated and opens a full 90 degrees
on top and bottom mounted hinges
allowing the sash to slide side ways for easy cleaning from inside. It features a positive locking mechanism for air tightness.

Description: Awning
The Awning window is basically a casement window turned 90 degrees.
It is most often used in combination with a fixed window as shown in the picture to the right.
